This page explains what happens to the details you enter on this site. It applies to godrej-blr-home-finder and to every form on it.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by an Authorised Channel Partner of Godrej Properties. It is not the developer's official website, and it is not operated by Godrej Properties Limited.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, and email address, when you submit a form.
- The project or the finder answers attached to that submission, so an advisor knows what you asked about.
- Campaign parameters carried in the page address, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, and fbclid, which tell us which advertisement brought you here.
- The page address you submitted from, and the time of submission.
We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or financial information anywhere on this site, and no form here will ever ask you for them.
Why we collect it
- To have an advisor contact you about the projects you enquired about.
- To send you prices, payment plans, floor plans, and availability for those projects.
- To measure which advertisements produce genuine enquiries.
How we contact you
By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or WhatsApp about the projects listed on this site. That consent may override your registration on the national Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us, or by writing to the address below, and contact will stop.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the sales team handling these Godrej Properties projects, so that your enquiry can be answered. They are not sold, rented, or passed to unrelated advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as they are needed to answer the enquiry and to meet record keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Storage in your browser
This site stores campaign parameters and the project you last enquired about in your browser's session storage, so the thank you page can name the right project. That data is cleared when you close the tab and is never read by anyone else.
Measurement and session recording
This site uses three Microsoft and Google services to understand how the pages are used. Google Ads records that an enquiry was completed, so the advertising that brought you here can be measured. Google Analytics, on the home finder page only, counts visits and the paths people take through the page. Microsoft Clarity records how a page is used, including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, and replays those sessions so the layout can be improved.
Clarity is a session recording tool, so it captures what you do on the page rather than only that you visited it. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you, and what you type into the enquiry form reaches us through the form itself, not through any of these tools. These services set their own cookies and identifiers in your browser, which is separate from the session storage described above.
You can opt out of all three by using your browser's private browsing mode, by blocking third party cookies and scripts, or by using a tracking blocker extension. The forms on this site work normally with all of them blocked.

Accuracy of project information
Prices, sizes, plans, RERA details, and availability shown on this site are reproduced as published by Godrej Properties and are subject to change. Where the developer has not published a figure, this site says so rather than estimating. Verify every detail with the developer before making a booking.
